1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using NaughtyPDF (naughtypdf.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

2. Description of Service

NaughtyPDF provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF files. These tools include (but are not limited to) merging, splitting, compressing, rotating, and converting PDF files. All processing is performed locally in the user's web browser. NaughtyPDF does not receive, store, or process any files on its servers.

3. No Warranty

NaughtyPDF is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components;
  • The results produced by the tools will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose;
  • Any errors in the service will be corrected.

You use NaughtyPDF at your own risk. We strongly recommend keeping backup copies of any documents you process.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaughtyPDF and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or damage to your computer systems.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NaughtyPDF to:

  • Process documents containing illegal content;
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or compromise the site's functionality or security;
  • Use automated scripts or bots to overload the site's serving infrastructure;
  • Circumvent any technical limitations or security measures.

6. Intellectual Property

The NaughtyPDF name, logo, and site design are the intellectual property of NaughtyPDF. The open-source libraries used by NaughtyPDF (pdf-lib, PDF.js) are the property of their respective copyright holders and are used under their respective open-source licences.

You retain full ownership of any documents you process using NaughtyPDF's tools. We do not claim any rights over your content.

7. Third-Party Services

NaughtyPDF may in the future use third-party advertising services. Any such services will be disclosed in the Privacy Policy. NaughtyPDF is not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of NaughtyPDF at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of NaughtyPDF after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
